Henny Kim is an enthusiastic and versatile Composer, Producer, and Arranger, dedicated to contributing to the success of various musical projects across genres, including media.

 

She is committed to musical creativity, exploring unique and contemporary orchestral textures and melodies through both electronic and acoustic techniques. With a background in classical composition, Henny has a robust foundation in music, having experience in genres ranging from classical, jazz, and ballad to pop, including orchestral and experimental electronic music.

She is not confined by genre boundaries, continuously experimenting and creating innovative music with her creative vision.

 

Henny holds a Master’s degree in Studio Composition from the State University of New York, Purchase Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Composition from South Korea.

Currently, she is advancing her studies in MFA Screen Scoring Program at Columbia College Chicago, one of the leading institutions for Music composition for the Screen.  Alongside her academic pursuits, She works as a Music Director, Composer, and Producer for various Production team and has recently contributed additional music to animation series for major networks such as Netflix and Disney.
